U2 & Green Day “The Saints Are Coming”
Here’s the vid for their song. Pretty cool the way they incorporated both bands.
Does anyone get the News Headline in the vid: “U.S. Iraq Troops Deployed to New Orleans?”

I believe it could be a hope that soldiers now fighting and killing in Iraq would be reassigned to serve those in dire need like those in New Orleans were. That’s the general thrust of the video as photo-shoped video is used to depict various relief efforts that the video creator probably thinks illustrate a noble use of troops in this current climate.

That all made sense to me, and that is what I thought. What’s confusing about this one single phrase is that it is early on in the vid and there is no division b/t US and Iraq (ex: US/Iraq… US & Iraq… etc). I wondered if they were trying to say something more about the troops. Thoughts?
